Active participation in the acquisition of collaborative projects and coordinated third-party funding programmes, in the further profile development of the University of Passau in the field of digitalisation and in academic self-administration is also desired. The DFG Research Training Group 2720 'Digital Platform Ecosystems (DPE) – Digital platform-based value creation and its implications for data exchange, organisation and socio-economic development', which started in 2022, potentially offers further touchpoints.

Academics at our five faculties conduct research, teaching and knowledge transfer activities at the cutting edge and according to the most exacting standards.
